Growing up friends together in a small town in Westchester County, NY Tim Fee and Jeff Taylor enjoyed sharing their various styles of guitar throughout high school; Tim, usually on a 12 string and Jeff on 6 string. Everyone realized that there was an immediate chemistry whenever they stumbled into a prolonged entanglement of jams influenced by Rock & Roll, blues, folk, and bluegrass.
It wasn’t until after college however, that they brought their act to the stage. Tim added a 6 string and a mandolin, expanding the duo’s range. Performing several times a month, Tim and Jeff began a long journey of musical exploration which is still alive and vibrant today. They have made the annual pilgrimage to Montauk every year since the inception of the festival and always look forward to immersing themselves into their improvisational musical expressions.
