Playing in Traffic- the initial brainchild of guitarist Ray Carozza (Barrag, Downtera), with the idea of furthering some of his past musical journeys, while blending into a more modernized style of songwriting with perhaps even a slight ‘hook’ or two… After recruiting drummer Rob Mercia (Carnage Krew), in March/April 2010, the ideas started to jell into something fun… The two having already been in the tribute band DOWNTERA together,It only seemed fitting to ask Bassist Shane Sarno (Downtera, Antipathy), into the mix… He to having been in DOWNTERA as well… It didnt take long for the ‘Rhythm’ section of that band to find its groove and lock onto the potential… The three of them having been in numerous bands locally and abroad, that by May of the same year, the trio had written a handful of catchy/trashy rockin jams, and the time to go to the next level was at hand…
