Initially based in New Orleans, the young band increasingly played more often on Long Island, and eventually all three members moved here. Gaining increasing success, they became one of LI's top rock bands. Some of their early original performances were recorded by Long Island FM radio station WBAB, culminating with the inclusion of one of their songs on a WBAB Homegrown Album, commemorating local acts and performances culled from the station's on-air "Homegrown Hour" program.
