Melanie Morin is a singer/songwriter born and raised on Long Island, NY. Growing up in a musical family allowed her to be immersed in music at a young age. Melanie approaches her music in a soulful engaging way allowing the audience to be brought into the present moment. From the time Melanie started gigging at the age of 15 she has put her own spin on contemporary and standard music and brings her audience on a journey of experiencing these songs in a new way, making connections through the music at every gig and musical event. Through the years Melanie has an engaging way of collaborating and making bonds with so many diverse musicians. Chad Chadwick was there at the beginning of her musical career playing gigs together and has been a vital source of guidance and musical motivation. Jason Kaplan and Melanie have been a magical duo weaving their musical talent into a seamless array of collaborations that allows each gig to be filled with imaginative extraordinary guitar moments with stunning vocals and harmonies that make each gig memorable. Their easy vibe and friendship have led them into the beautiful world of songwriting. Their natural rhythm in lyrics and music have brought forth amazing new songs which they are so thrilled to be performing live and enhancing their musical journey.
