Christiaan Padavan is a 24 year-old from Hampton Bays, NY and was recently a gold ticket winner on Season 2 of American Idol on ABC!

After graduating High School, Christiaan went on to pursue his musical ambitions at Five Towns College in Dix Hills, NY, with a Musical Theatre concentration. There he worked with Marie Danvers (Phantom of the Opera), Oscar-winner Milton Justice, sought-after vocal coach Ron Land, Rob Gallagher (Les Miserables, South Pacific) and more. He was even nominated for the Kennedy Center’s American College Theater Festival his freshman year. After two semesters at FTC, Padavan moved on to pursue more of a “Music Business” background of things.

He is currently working for Long Island Radio Broadcasting, while still continuing his passion for music by playing regular gigs at venues across Long Island and writing his own music.

He’s been in many productions ranging from Junior Theatre productions at the Vail-Leavitt Music Hall and Bay Street Theater, to High School productions (Teeny Award – Best Actor in a Musical), to professional productions for Gateway Playhouse. He has even had the honor of singing the National Anthem numerous times for the Hampton Classic Horse Show in Easthampton, NY. Since Idol, his most recent musical achievement has been winning the 2018 iHeartRadio/ Dunkin’ Donuts’ Cold Brew Jams Contest, in which he and a couple of his bandmates won $10,000 studio time!

He is blessed for the opportunities he’s had in his young life and can’t wait to see what the future holds…
